I am a listener, a curious learner, and a people connector. Through my research on collective learning and knowledge co-production, I aim to act as a knowledge broker in climate change adaptation/sustainability transition. Tackling wicked problems such as sustainability challenges and climate change requires cross-sector and cross-disciplinary learning. However, the learning and knowledge co-production processes are often not investigated or documented. Diving into the learning processes helps produce knowledge on factors, conditions, and mechanisms that drive effective collaboration. Such knowledge is critical for facilitating meaningful collaboration.
